Purcell, Inc. Wins Contract for 2004 ASID-Minnesota Chapter Showcase
HOUSE IS HISTORIC KELLOGG MANSION ON CROCUS HILL IN ST. PAUL
STILLWATER, Minn., – December 1, 2003 – Purcell, Inc. a premier home architecture and construction company was selected to be the general contractor for the upcoming 2004 ASID-Minnesota Chapter Showcase House sponsored by Minneapolis St. Paul magazine. The house is located at 633 Fairmount Avenue in St. Paul, Minn. and is known as the original Kellogg Mansion. This home is registered as a landmark with the Minnesota Historical Restoration Society.
Purcell, Inc. was among several other local contractors to bid on the project. Each contractor presented their ideas and the current home owners chose Purcell as their contractor of choice. “We are absolutely thrilled to gain this contract and this is truly an honor for our company,” said Tim Purcell, Jr., president of Purcell, Inc. We will be working with several other hand selected interior designers from the Twin Cities to complete the project and we are excited to work with this pool of talent to complete interiors of the home.”
