About Tim Purcell, Jr.

Tim Purcell, Jr., owner and president of Purcell, began his career in the residential remodeling industry at a very young age. Growing up in Stillwater, the birthplace of Minnesota, the seeds of his interest in restoration and renovation were sown while working on some of the oldest homes in Minnesota.

“Restoring these works of art to their former glory is so rewarding,” Tim said. “Since I’ve always had a passion for entrepreneurship, it was an easy decision for me to start this business. I jumped right in with both feet and the rest is history.”

Extensive travel has given Tim an appreciation for diverse styles of architecture and construction techniques, which he brings to bear when renovating homes throughout the Twin Cities area.

“When I started Purcell, my vision was to unite architecture, interior design and construction to meet and exceed the expectations of the most discriminating clients,” Tim said.

Tim is realizing his vision by dedicating himself and his team first and foremost to client satisfaction. He pays personal attention to the smallest details of design and construction, and communicates with clients throughout the project, from the first site visit to the final walk-through.

“The key to our project success is developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with architects and interior designers,” Tim said. “They are critical to a successful project outcome and enhance the remodeling experience. We couldn’t have achieved where we are today without them.”
