The Purcell Perspective

Purcell has been renovating and remodeling homes all over the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area since 1995. While our most requested remodeling project is kitchen and bathroom remodels, we do everything from minor home repairs to whole home renovations.

Organization is of the utmost importance when remodeling. We spend a tremendous amount of time preparing for your remodel, from developing detailed plans and product specifications to product selection and procurement. We make sure you understand the plan, budget and project spec’s before we ever pound a nail.

A detailed contract ensures we stick to our price, which is an essential part of the Purcell experience. We are paid for performance milestones on every project, not just because we showed up for work.

We give our clients a construction schedule that allows them to see what will be happening daily, weekly and monthly. We are on-call 24/7. Your Project Manager keeps you posted virtually daily with updates and any schedule changes.

Our projects range from a simple room make-over to complete remodeling and/or expansion of your existing home. Regardless of the size of your project, Purcell prepares for every project with the same amount of detail and discipline.
